Triple Peak Capital (TPC) is an informal group of accredited investors, commonly called “Angel Investors”. Each member makes independent investment decisions on each deal and all administration and communication is coordinated by our “Managing Partner”. Our strategy is to co-invest with other investment groups and venture firms.
Private Equity
Our group will consider early stage deals in most industries within the United States. Our ideal situation is to review deals that are close to funding and additional investments are still being accepted. In this situation, with completed due diligence and term sheet, our review process is relatively fast. We offer lead investors a quick and efficient option to increase deal funding and manage risk.
Public Equity
TPC also invests in public companies either by “Private Placements” or direct purchase of common stock. Our area of concentration is in developmental biotech companies. We will consider any deal that has at least one drug in FDA clinical trials. However, the majority of our investments are with companies that have at least one drug candidate that has achieved initial proof of efficacy with a completed Phase 2 trial. We will not invest in any company with only pre-clinical drug candidates.
Commercial Real Estate
TPC also invests in select commercial real estate. We concentrate on small to mid-size retail and office properties along the east coast of the United States.
