Edward D. Gorkes is the Managing Partner of Triple Peak Capital, LLC (“TPC”).

Mr. Gorkes is an active investor in private and public equity companies.  He has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur.   He has founded and operated three separate companies, which have all been successfully sold to a large public company.  His first business venture was the recipient of the “Sarasota Small Business of the Year” award in 1992 in cooperation with The United States Small Business Administration.  

Prior experiences included sales and marketing of medical diagnostic assays and instrumentation in New York City for Abbott Laboratories.  Mr. Gorkes was a consistent top producer, earning a sales ranking in the top 5%, sales rep of the region (three times), senior sales status and President’s Club membership.

Mr. Gorkes served as an officer in the Unites States Army, earning a “Regular Army” commission from the Penn State ROTC program, as a “Distinguished Military Graduate”. 

He earned his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a B.S. degree in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
